Am I Ignorant?

About a week ago someone said to me "grace, do something you’re making me depressed."

I don’t watch tv, I don’t listen to the radio, I don’t watch the news, and I don’t listen to them either.

Not exactly all of that is true. I do watch tv every once in a while, maybe once or twice a month. I listen to the radio when I forget my cd’s at home and am stuck with nothing else in the car, that almost never happens. I listen to about 5 minutes of news a day when my parents watch the news on tv, but news radio is definitely not my thing. However, when I do watch the news I end up crying, angry, or depressed. Therefore I avoid them.

Does that make me ignorant?

1. Green lights on my way home. All the way home would be grand!
2. My new Man Man CD.
3. Random calls from Gina.
4. Sunday evenings, that’s when I talk to him.
5. Playing basketball with my nephew and losing. He’s only 3!
6. Finding $5 in my old winter coat.
7. Winter!
8. Making my mom laugh with a silly joke. After all life could be worse, she could have had 2 daughters like me.
9. Old pictures from when all that mattered was playing with my dolls.
10. Secret trips.
11. My ipod, unless the battery is dead. Then its just a conspiracy.
12. Plotting evil schemes on line with my beast friend. I know karma will get me.
